How can I get my hamster to stop chewing on the bars of her cage? Her wooden chew toys & salt block don’t help
Last week, she got her nose stuck between the bars, she started flailing around & made this horrible noise! Then all of sudden she fell free. 2 days later she was back at it! She has a ball to play in & she loves her wheel. So i don’t think its boredom. Just incase it is, I plan to buy her a play ground to run free in. In the mean time I don’t know what to do?! I’m so afraid she’ll break a tooth!
i had the same problem . what i did to stop it was i baught another cage and added it the the first one . my hamster stoped the next day and hasn’t done it since. it totally worked. i guess that he was feeling a little clasterfobic.
