Personally, I like the first one the most. However, these are all so different that I would really sit down and ask yourself what you want your bedroom to do for you, what you want it to feel like, why you like each one, and why. Then pick the one you like. It’s great to get opinions on what other people like, but it’s not going to be our bedroom – it’s yours.
As far as the wall color goes, before deciding the color you need to decide which bedding you’ll use, drapes, carpeting, etc. It’s a LOT easier to pull paint colors from the colors of the things that will be in the room than it is to paint the room and then find furnishings to match.
